Eliquid TV will select, at random, a non-profit agency to be displayed as a courtesy each month. The selected Non-Profit's placement will be put into regular content rotation, which is defined as all advertisers with subscriptions for that particular calendar day.
Rotation will always include the presence of the selected non profit. Eliquid TV's commitment to clients is that apart from special televised events, (ex, Santa Claus parade, etc.) each message will appear no less than once every nine minutes. Within it's rotation, Eliquid TV will take initiative to build community content that will include public service announcements, which will be chosen at the company's discretion.
